It helps boost energy so you can work better.
Snacking also helps to avoid overeating at the next meal.
You’ll feel happier.
This provides additional nutrition when selecting healthy snacks like-

  • A Fruit and Veg Salad
  • Nuts
  • Oatmeal
  • Whole Grain Crackers
  • Makhana or Fox Nuts
  • High Fiber & High Protein Snacks

Without food, one can thrive for 8-12 days or up to 70 days, but without water, only 2-3 days!
Hydration is more than just drinking water. Fruits and vegetables with a high water content (70-90%) should also be consumed to keep our bodies hydrated. It is always recommended to drink 3-4 liters of water daily.
Its Benefits include-

  • Maintains the radiance of your skin
  • Cleanse the colon by flushing out bacteria
  • Speed up Metabolism
  • Improves brain function and energy levels, etc.

Watermelon, Oranges, Papaya, and Coconut Water are my favorite fruit juices when it comes to hydration other than H2O.

4. Avoid Junk Food

When it comes to avoiding junk food, it is critical to understand the types of foods that are considered junk food.

Junk food is typically defined as foods high in sugar, fat, and salt. These foods can be extremely unhealthy, resulting in weight gain and other health problems.

5 Major Harmful Effects of Junk Foods are:-

  1. Skin Illness
  2. Diabetes
  3. obesity
  4. Joint Pain
  5. Heart Diseases

One way to avoid junk food is to eat a variety of healthy foods.
This means you should eat foods that are high in nutrients while being low in sugar, fat, and salt.
You can also make an effort to consume foods made from whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. These foods are typically more nutritious than junk foods.
