YOGA For Flexibility & Balance
Every year, on the 21st of June, International Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide. Though it has been practiced since ancient times in India its patrimony is still maintained and is now practiced and followed all over the world. (Not going to enter into its historical deciphering part) Moreover, it is not a religion-based practice. It is universal. It became prominent due to its efficacious results in maintaining a balanced state of Mind and Body.
Daily performing 15 minutes of simple Asanas like physical and breathing can make your body flawless, balanced, and flexible.
Several Asanas can also help in increasing height up to a few centimeters. Types of them are:-
1. Tadasana
2. Vriksh Asana
3. Ustra Asana, Etc.
Your body should not be a hurdle-Hath yoga.
You can also try- Raj Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Etc.
When you practice it daily, your flexibility and balance increase day by day, then you can move on to more advanced levels of Asanas.

Whenever we think about staying fit, a lot of confusion comes to our minds. First of all whether to join the gym or to target outdoor activities like running, cycling, swimming, or any other sports activities. Involving ourselves in any of these activities will help us in increasing stamina and strength. What matters the most is any ‘physical movement’ of the body is necessary. Even a simple 15-minute exercise at home can keep you in good shape.
For home workouts, you can refer to social media like YouTube, Instagram, etc. Ample physical exercise workout content is already available free of cost on social networking sites nowadays to make you a trendy fit. It worked for me and will work for you too.

MEDITATION For Mental Peace & Concentration
Integrating meditation into day-to-day life for at least 15 minutes can improve your concentration power, mental health, and proper functioning of your mind naturally. By our modern-day meditators, it is referred to as a “meal for the soul”.
Just inhale all the positivity and exhale all the negativity from your life.
Sit wherever you find a peaceful environment, whether it be on your favorite couch or in your garden space. Just listen and feel nature’s music of birds, fresh air, etc, and relax.
You can refer to the meditation sessions which are available on social networking sites. By following these sessions or by doing it yourself,
Filter your mind with optimistic thoughts. It will help you repelling all your stress and anxiety. Focus on deep breathing.
Meditate till you reach the point where no thoughts will run through your mind. Otherwise you can visualize your goals and ambitions. In a nutshell, be optimistic and happy.
So get up! Leave laziness and dreams on your bed and work on your real-life dreams by starting your day with “YEM’.
YEM can take you to a whole other level of fitness. A complete package to stay fit.
