What if I say fitness is easy? Well, this might sound impossible to everyone but the impossible itself dictates I’M POSSIBLE.
Your goal ain’t coerced to stay slim or just lose weight.
You ought to stay fit.
Fitness should be your goal rather than just checking the numbers on your weighing machine.

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.

It’ll be easy only if you follow these four hacks given below:

1. Know Your Fitness

Knowing your fitness is the foremost part, prior to even beginning your fitness exercises or workout. You might injure yourself if you don’t know your fitness level. Exceeding your physical activity or workout above your body’s capability will harm you. Below are the things that you should know before even starting your fitness journey.
(a) Calculate your BMI-Body Mass Index
It’s easy to calculate your BMI. You just need your weight(in kilograms) and height(in meters).
Its Formula:-
BMI= KG/ M²
And check if you are underweight or overweight.

(b) Know your Metabolism
Examine if you’re-
1. Ectomorph- In this body type, Metabolism is fast but hard to gain muscle.
2. Mesomorph- In this body type, Metabolism is fine and the gains muscle easily.
3. Endomorph- In this body type, Metabolism is slow and gains muscle easily.
According to your type of metabolism, you have to balance your diet and fitness workouts. For this consult your Dietitian/Physiotherapist.

(c) Heart Rate
As per the researchers, one should know the extent of heart rate to know the extent of exercise.
To how much extent one could take their vigor workouts? Either it could be an intense workout or a mild one.
Formula:-
220-Age=?
For instance, mine is 220-23=197 bpm(beats per minute)
Ergo, I can’t exceed 197 bpm during my fitness workouts. Exceeding this heart rate might harm me.
According to this, set your goals and set your level of physical activities/workouts.

2. Make a Vigor Resolution

It is understandable now that you came across this article and reading it up to this point, making it crystal clear that you’ve decided to take a dedicated step towards your fitness. It is evident that to make anything possible your ‘thoughts’ and ‘decisiveness’, for a particular thing to happen play a paramount role in resolving it.
Making a resolution for your fitness, itself is a big achievement.
Pat your back! You’ve made a resolution to keep yourself fit and healthy.
Now, it’s time to ACT.
Wear your workout clothes and get ready for the action.

3. Persistence in Fitness

Persistence is the only key to achieving your zeal goals. Regularity in fitness is vital. It is advisable by health and fitness specialists that one should not skip their daily workout routine for more than one day. They recommend thirty minutes to one-hour workouts per day for five days a week. Which equals one day of rest. Even if you have a busy schedule, at least practice half of your vigor plan or minimize your fitness time for that day.
But on a crucial note, one should maintain regularity. Then only you’ll fulfill your fitness persona.
Reminder- ” Skipping for more than one day will become prone to procrastination”.

4. Enjoy The Process

There’s a lot of people in this world who spend so much time watching their health that they haven’t the time to enjoy it.

Enjoy healthy workouts. Enjoy the process of transforming yourself. Always give your 100% focus and energy to every task at hand. Personify yourself with any fitness workouts, whether it is outdoor or indoor like running, cycling, walking, dancing, Zumba, yoga, aerobics, gymming, and any other physical activities.
Carry on with some music or motivation in the background. Create a positive environment. If at home, by decorating your environment with plants and aromatic incense or organic candles. If you don’t enjoy it, then you might not get the results as expected. Your psyche also plays a pivotal role in the pursuit of a fit lifestyle.


Well, I am not an expert in this field but I’m here to share my knowledge as per what I have read, learned, and practiced till now. What worked and what didn’t work.
As I wrote the title – “Fitness made easy!”, Yes! It is easy only if we follow the above four hacks. Hacks in my sense are gathering the right knowledge and its execution. Which actually works. If knowledge is not executed or used, it’s just a pile of garbage in your head. Execute it! And let’s do it!
