Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color choice, or a change of mind. We encourage you to review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If Something’s Not Right

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or there’s a production issue, we’re here to make it right.

To request a replacement or a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo showing the problem

In cases involving multiple affected items, a photo showing all the products in a single frame is helpful.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.

For international customers, currency differences or conversion fees may apply depending on your location and financial institution.

A Few Friendly Reminders

  • Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or address details cannot be refunded or replaced free of charge.
  • In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we can offer:
    • A reprint with an additional shipping charge
    • A partial refund (excluding shipping costs)
  • For printed apparel and accessories, a minor variation (up to 0.5″) in design placement is within production tolerance and not considered a defect.
